To All, present and future customers.

All custom orders will receive a final design proof for review and approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details of the design proof, including spelling, grammar, layout, colors, sizing, and placement of graphics or text.

By approving the final design proof, the customer confirms that all information is correct and authorizes production of the item as shown.

Once the design has been approved and the order has been completed, MALAINESDESIGNS will not be responsible for any errors that appear on the finished product if those errors were present in the approved proof. If a customer fails to identify errors during the verification process, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reprinting, redesigning, or reproducing the product.

We strongly encourage all customers to review their design proofs carefully before giving final approval.

Products and Services

Our website offers both standard products and custom-designed items. Custom products are created according to the specifications provided by the customer.

Because many of our products are made to order, slight variations in color, placement, or material may occur due to differences in screens, printers, or production processes.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or violate our policies.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Failure to provide payment for completed work may result in cancellation of services and refusal of future orders.

Design Proof and Customer Approval

For custom orders, customers will receive a design proof before production begins.

It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review all details in the design proof, including:

3. Layout

4. Colors

5. Sizing

6. Placement of images or text

Once the customer approves the design proof, production will begin.

Approval of a design proof confirms that the customer accepts the design as correct.

MalainesDesigns will not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If a customer approves a design containing errors and later requests corrections after production, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of redesigning and reproducing the item.

Customer Responsibility for Artwork

Customers who submit images, logos, or text for printing are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use those materials.

By submitting artwork or content to us, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the material, or

• You have permission from the copyright owner to use it.

MalaineDesigns is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided content.

Production and Delivery

Production times vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered. Estimated production times will be provided when possible but are not guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

1. Shipping carriers

2. Weather

3. Customs

4. Supply shortages

5. Events beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all custom orders are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

Returns or refunds may only be considered if:

1. The product arrives damaged, or

2. The product received is significantly different from the approved design.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within [7–14 days] of receiving the product.

We may request photographs or other documentation before determining whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once design work or production has started, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may still be responsible for payment for work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MalainesDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, text, logos, and images, is the property of MalainesDesigns unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Custom designs created by MalainesDesigns remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing.
